- From your Shopify admin page, click settings -> Custom Data
- Then click 'Products'
- Click 'Add definition'
- Under Name type in Shipping & Returns
- Click 'Select Type' then 'Multi-line text'
- Click save.
- From the 'Product template page', select shipping and returns tab
- Next to the row content is an icon for dynamic source. Click that.
- Select 'Product' then shipping and returns.
- Your template is now connected to your product data.
